Rani Laxmibai was a woman in the freedom struggle of India. She was a queen of Jhansi and she fought against British for India independence.
Rani Lakhibai Early Childhood Life
Jhansi Rani Lokhibai, born on November 19 in 1838 at Kashi in India. Her father name was Moropant Tabme and mother name was Bhagirathi. She was married, king Gangadhar Rao Newalkar in 1842 and after his death she became Queen of Jhansi. She had a son name as Damodar Rao, but he died at the age of 4 months. After her child died, she adopted a child, the name was Anand, rename Damodar.
